Extinction Rebellion Norway (XRN) offers a slightly abbreviated version of the civil disobedience course (normally 6 hours). Before participating in action with XR Norway, you should have attended this course.

The course consists of presentations, discussions, and physical exercises and is led by two experienced instructors.

You will learn about:

• the history and philosophy behind nonviolence
• nonviolent action and tactics in practice
• legal consequences

The course is open to everyone. You do not need to be a member of XR Norway.
