(English below) Extinction Rebellion Norge (XRN) sitt 6-timers kurs i sivil ulydighet (ikkevoldelig direkte aksjon). Kurset består av presentasjon, samtale og fysiske øvelser og holdes av to erfarne kursholdere. 

Du vil lære om:

• Historien og filosofien bak ikkevoldelig aksjon
• Ikkevoldelig aksjon og taktikk i praksis
• Deeskalering ved konflikt og hvordan vi forholder oss til politiet
• Juridiske konsekvenser

Kurset er åpent for alle. Du trenger ikke være medlem av XR Norge. Det blir servert mat, snacks og te/kaffe.

Extinction Rebellion Norway (XRN)’s 6-hour course in civil disobedience (nonviolent direct action). The course consists of presentation, conversation and physical exercises and is held by two experienced trainers.

You will learn about:

• The history and philosophy behind nonviolent action
• Nonviolent action and tactics in practice
• De-escalation in conflict and how we should relate to the police
• Legal consequences

The course is open to everyone. You do not need to be a member of XR Norway. Food, snacks, tea/coffee will be served.
